Leadership Development Training Workshop - Influencing Skill - Nov 2023

The Leadership Development Workshop 3:  Influencing Skills hosted by Dr. Carol Wong offers a comprehensive and practical exploration of the qualities and techniques required for effective leadership. Students have gained a deeper understanding of the Law of Influence and have learnt how to leverage different sources of influence to achieve desired outcomes.

Through interactive sessions on interaction, speaking, and dialogue, students developed the skills necessary to engage and influence others. The workshop emphasizes the significance of creating short wins and provides a valuable Influence Strategies Engaging Model that encompasses feedback skills, appreciation, and personal development.

The workshop is generally well-received by students. SDU will arrange workshops of more diverse topics for benefits of students.
