Students who are unable to pay acceptance or tuition fee in full, due to financial hardship, may submit an Application Form for Deferral of Fee Payment to our service counter at CityU SCOPE Head Office or Tsim Sha Tsui East Learning Centre:
 

• Acceptance fee - no later than one week before the due date
• Tuition fee - no later than one week before the due date

Deferral of acceptance fee payment

For applicants whose families are living on Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) Scheme or in an exceptional situation:
 

(For full-time non-local degree and advanced diploma programmes)

Deferral of tuition fee payment
