Admission Requirements of Year 2 Study

To be eligible for admission to Year 2 of Advanced Diploma in Facility and Property Management, an applicant must :

• have obtained Professional Diploma in Facility / Property Management*

*For those who studied Professional Diploma with Chinese Medium of instruction, are required to study an additional module  “Critical English Communication Skills”

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a good command of English, in particular writing and reading. Applicants may be required to attend an English written test if necessary.

All applications will be processed on a competitive basis.  Application will be selected in the basis of academic merits and relevant work experience.
