Programme Structure and Curriculum
This programme will last for six months of part-time study and comprise two modules with 18 QF credits. The medium of instruction is English supplemented with Chinese and the assessments will be delivered in English

CEF reimbursable modules
These courses have been included in the list of reimbursable courses under the Continuing Education Fund. The mother programme [Professional Certificate in Construction Management] of these courses is recognized under the Qualifications Framework (QF Level 5).
Professional Recognition
Upon successful completion of this programme, students will fulfil the requirement of:
- the professional assessment of route 1 entry (the normal route) of the membership and
- 60 hours of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for HKICM membership.
Programme Intended Learning Outcomes (PILOs)
- Upon completion of the programme, students will be able to:
1. Apply the key concepts, theories, practice and principles of the key disciplines of construction management;
2. Apply the management skills necessary to pursue careers in construction management within the built environment and in the industrial environment; and
3. Explain the current role, responsibilities and professional ethics of construction managers in their own right and within the context of upholding professional practice in the built environment.
