The Advanced Diploma in Veterinary Nursing Programme, offered by the School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE), City University of Hong Kong, is developed to serve the increasing demand for professionally trained and qualified personnel in veterinary nursing, to provide vital support in the veterinary profession and industry sector in Hong Kong. The programme is designed to generate veterinary nurses who have the knowledge, skills and appropriate attitudes to make a significant contribution to the health and welfare of the animals in our Society.
香港城市大學專業進修學院（簡稱CityU SCOPE）開辦的「動物護理學高等文憑」，是為獸醫和動物護理界提供專業訓練和合資格的護理人員。課程旨在培訓俱備專業的知識、技能和態度的獸醫護士，為動物健康和福利作出貢獻

This programme supports the goal of the Jockey Club College of Veterinary Medicine and Life Sciences (JCCVMLS) to set a high standard for animal healthcare and welfare, and veterinary services under the 'One Health' concept in Asia. The programme is also positioned to reflect the College's vision of becoming an international hub for veterinary education.
本課程配合賽馬會動物醫學及生命科學院的目標，在亞太區內推動「健康一元化」，為動物護理、福利和獸醫服務定立標準。同時，亦體現動物醫學及生命科學院成為動物醫學教育國際樞紐的願景。
The programme is also recognised under the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework Level 4.
