Programme Aims and Objectives

• Provide a comprehensive and thorough knowledge and scientific understanding of the core areas of psychology, in order to qualify for the Graduate Basis for Chartered (GBC) membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS)
• Provide students with training in the skills necessary to research and enhance the discipline of psychology
• Provide learning opportunities which are innovative and which address issues at the frontiers of the discipline
• Enhance autonomy and employability through the development of evaluative and reflective skills
